Have you tried Power Pumping yet? It's a great way to boost supply for many mamas.
This method mimics cluster feeding and tells your body to make more milk. You most likely WON'T SEE AN IMMEDIATE RESULT. You might not get anything during the last 10 minutes.
But milk supply is cumulative. So give your body time to reach to the increase in demand.
I recommend power pumping when you need a jump start in supply:
- If you're traveling and your daily schedule is a little off
- If you're trying to drop a pump and your output decreases
- If you're going through a period of stress.
You don't need to do it every day, but try it for a few consecutive days and see how your body reacts
